About us

Our booking is very easy. Write your name, and contact details, and then you may pick and choose the tour that suits you the most.

After hitting send, we will send you an email to confirm the booking.

Very simple. You can either decline the email, or 

  1. Log in to BikinginBergen user account and select ‘Tours’
  2. Click ‘Manage Booking’
  3. Click ‘Modify Booking’
  4. You can select to change your travel dates, request that your funds remain as credit on file for a future tour, or you can request cancellation.
  5. If you choose cancellation, you will then be asked to approve and confirm the operator’s cancellation terms and conditions before a cancellation can be processed.
  6. Once you request cancellation, you’ll receive a message confirming the cancellation fees for you.
  7. As soon as we have your confirmation to proceed, the cancellation will be processed and any money to be refunded will be coming back to you shortly!
